Systemize AI Solutions uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
30-Day Refund Window
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are not available.
Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges. Cancellations after the 30-day window do not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
